Great small personal gym. All of the coaches/trainers are great and will work with you on technique if you have years of experience or are a beginner. They can modify the workout on the spot so you can push through. Also great members to workout with, no muscle-heads just people bettering themselves. I have been going for 6 months and total notice the difference.

I love this gym for the community and a great workout. Dan offers crossfit classes as well as kettlebell, strength, conditioning, and weekly yoga. The members are all kind, respectful, and encouraging. It's a great place to attend if you are an athlete, but also perfect if you haven't been active for a while and you are looking for accessible and scalable workouts you can build up to.

I can't say enough how much I love it here. I wish I hadn't waited so long to join. Dan, the owner, put me immediately at ease, and I knew it was the perfect place for me. The community is nothing short of amazing, supportive, and welcoming, and the instructors know their stuff. They are passionate, dedicated, and invested in every students' progress. Great place for a drop in!! Everyone was extremely welcoming!! If I'm ever in the area I'll go back!!
