Don’t like the service at all . The girl sitting on the reception was a racist. I said good morning and how are you . She didn’t replied at all . And another white Aussie patient came and she smiled at her said good morning to her and ask how are you . This was a totally racism. Am not sure why people do that.
The first ultrasound we had here was good. HOWEVER yesterday me and my fiance came in for our second ultrasound. This is our first pregnancy, ive had alot of anxiety about the pregnancy. During the ultrasound we got to hear the heartbeat for the first time and it eased alot of anxiety for myself and I started to cry and that ended quite quickly as it was only played for 2 seconds. very unprofessional experience. yelled at my 3yo, doesn’t listen, doesn’t/unable to do his job. the male receptionist on the phone was so rude and kept speaking over me. i told him 3 times i need an appointment 10 mins later than what he offered he say yes come 10 mins late it’s fine. on my way there he calls and asks where i am. when i arrived at my appointment with my kids i realised it was the same man from the phone. within 2 minutes he shouted at my 3 year old for politely putting a tissue in the bin behind his machine.... read more
Stay away. Go to a proper place and pay the higher price. Man arrived 15 minutes late and opened the clinic. Made me feel very unsafe. Paid the fee but there’s no Medicare rebate or item number, just a fee? He took a photo of the receipt and put it in a WhatsApp chat. Very unprofessional. There are 3 kids on my Medicare card which he verified but he thought this was my first pregnancy. He was very hard to understand. The machine was quite old and images blury. Stay away from this, I went there for ultrasound and on day of appointment no one there, the main door is locked and a man came after 20 min and then he opened the door. After 2 week when I went to GP for result consultation, we found that result was not sent to GP yet and when GP asked for it, someone from overseas replied on that. Even not happy with the man who did my ultrasound, he only spent few min.
