Too slow to get the report, too slow to have the ultrasound , bad experience
Lovely staff, dodgy looking facility…
It was very easy to get to. It was convenient near my home the person doing the ultrasound as they explained to me they had to push fairly hard just to get the right images so they excuse the situation of if it was a little bit of pain that’s about the only thing otherwise it was quite good thank you. .
Had my ankle scanned recently and had a really great experience. The staff were thorough and professional. Great feedback to keep my mind at ease before I got to see my GP again. Highly recommend 5 stars.
Most relaxing ultrasound ever,! I was greeted by a beautiful smile from the receptionist which is a change from the sour faces at the bigger business, definitely felt warm And welcomed. The only sonography was just lovely, very patient and gentle, very accommodating to my needs. This is a wonderful new little radiologist, definitely coming back for ALL my imaging needs. A+++
