All brand new equipment. The sonographer was very thorough and informative. He ensured I was comfortable and was happy to answer any questions that I had.
I am posting this with the hope that the team in charge of this Mooroolbark establishment will seriously consider making adjustments and improve. The appointment was easy to book and reception staff on the phone were friendly. When we arrived, the signage was incorrect and the ultrasound was in the building opposite the establishment with their signage. The original building felt like a normal doctors office. The building opposite for ultrasounds was very eerie and the place where the ultrasounds happen was not fully set up ... read more
Kind and friendly service
I had my US five days ago and it was marked as URGENT! I have been calling them for the last three days and begging them to send my simple report (which would be probably two-line report) to my GP prior to the hospital referral! my GP has not recieved it yet!!!
