Disappointing experience. Business hours advertised as 9am until 5pm. Arrived at 3.30pm for a 4pm appointment to find the building locked with lights off. Called the phone number which went to voicemail. Called a different branch and was told a staff member was traveling from the Keysbourough location to Mooroolbark for my appointment. Ended up calling back at 4.15pm and canceling my booking. Was then told staff member was caught in traffic. Wasted 90 mins travel time each way and 45 minutes waiting for nothing.
