I had my US five days ago and it was marked as URGENT! I have been calling them for the last three days and begging them to send my simple report (which would be probably two-line report) to my GP prior to the hospital referral! my GP has not recieved it yet!!!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. The only reason I am not leaving a one-star review is because I was able to get an appointment quickly and the sonographer spent a generous amount of time with us, which I was pleasantly surprised by and appreciated. However, I was quoted $50 out of pocket in writing when I enquired about booking online. On the day of the scan, I was charged $150.
