Yes Ma’am , I’m working on getting them to send in my claims with secondary insurance this time . And get all these charges off my credit report. They never contacted me. Check your credit report every year . This should of been fixed years ago.
Like alot of reviews I received a collection notice from them, for a bill I never received!! Zero stars. How can they send you collections without proof of billing your address on file? All my information is correct on the collection letter so certainly they have it at the company. Ridiculous.
I have been fighting with them over a bill that was paid. I have proof it was paid from my credit card company as well as a confirmation number of the payment. I have spent over 3 hours and several phone calls to get the situation resolved.
My husband’s bill that we never received was sent to collections. We can’t pay a bill that we don’t know about? This is bad business. No one could help me at YPS and Emergenc health had no record of the bill. Laura with YPS said she would look into it with their billing company but did not follow through when I called to follow up. I was sent to their bill company and they can’t find record of the bill sent to collections either. It’s ridiculous.
Much like the other reviews, I fell victim to the same issues as everyone else. I was turned over to collections for a bill I didn’t know existed. I never received a bill in the mail, email, phone call… I also didn’t receive an EOB. They had all my information to turn it in to the credit bureau, so certainly they could have reached out to me. I don’t understand why I wasn’t contacted prior before it ever got to this point. Takeaway: the billing department sucks, but I did have a good experience with my anesthesiologist.
