Terrible experience with YPS and their billing practices
Ditto on all of this.
Should be called “Young’s Unprofessional Service”. This business is horrible. They coded a procedure incorrectly, so my insurance did not pay it. There is no number to contact them to speak about the issue, then they send it to collections. They intentionally set up their system so that the customer has no way to contact them. Absolutely horrible business practices. The only Google review they have with 5 stars is from the owner Brian Young.
