Don’t do it. Read and understand the fine print, ignore “this is extremely rare”... Photo was taken about 2 years after spending $13k to fix this exact problem. They actually used DUCT TAPE on the pipe? Not sure if that’s industry standard, but based on the plumbers reaction today, I would be surprised.. See the before (June 2022) to today (December 2024)
Is this company still in business? They were highly rated by 2 of my neighbors, but I have not been able to get in touch with them. Have tried all the numbers listed on the website, and direct numbers from my neighbors, no answer on one, immediate hang-up on one and recorded message on one (with no call back). Filled out the set an appointment form on the website, no reply. My neighbors are now worried if they even have a warranty, they have tried the numbers they have and they cannot get in touch with anyone.
Is your company still open? I had work done over a year ago and have a 50 year warranty on the work and have called and emailed and have gotten no response. I need service asap and can not get a hold of anyone.

They kept us updated at various points throughout the day, notified us how to maintain the pipes in good condition/what chemicals not to utilize, offered support and assistance if needed in future, and communicate excellently to ensure all questions are answered. Highly recommend!
