We have nothing but good things to say about the experience with YoxBox!!! The customer service ( Rebecca) is amazing. Everything is so clean and nice. I would definitely would recommend this Storage for everyone.
I HIGHLY recommend anyone to use this storage facility. The customer service from Rebecca is outstanding- she covers every detail and made the experience such a pleasure. This is an extremely clean, very secure place to store our items. After looking at 2 other places, I knew that Yox Box was were I wanted to store our items. Thank you for such a great experience!
My experience with Yox Box Storage has been amazing! Rebecca was absolutely wonderful — her customer service was top-notch and she made everything so smooth. 3 year update below. Very pleased with Yox Box Storage! Darlene was super friendly, very helpful, and more than accommodating. The storage units are the cleanest I’ve seen, security is a top priority, and prices are competitive. I highly recommend Yox Box! I chose YoxBox because the location looked extremely safe and located right near a U-Haul facility. However I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service I received from Rebecca and the cleanliness of the storage unit. I look forward to continue doing business with the company as long as she’s here!
