I started doing Aaron’s online classes during COVID lockdown. I love them. They are fast and efficient and because they are set for 7:30am I’m finding it easier to build them into my day. I’ve got a few injuries to accommodate and Aaron has been very sensitive in making sure there is different options for participants.
