I've been going to Dr. Yovanof for 11 years. I've been waiting for a scrip to be pre-approved for 8 months now. I've reminded her many times of how important this medication is..she says she will pre-approve it and never does. Today she yelled at me when i called to remind her yet again. She can't be reached for weeks/months at a time. She's has no support staff. So I tried to be patient with her but I've had it. I'm switching doctors. Save yourself time and energy and go to a different doctor.
Dr. Yovanof is one of the most thorough, caring, and outstanding doctors I have ever met. She takes time, listens and performs a thorough examination. I have referred her to friends and family, they find her to be awesome too. I have worked in healthcare over 26 years. I highly recommend Dr. Yovanof and her staff!

My first appointment I waited over 2 hours to be seen. I didn't want to switch doctors again so going forward I asked for appointments on days that weren't as busy but there was always a long wait. Covid is the only reason that changed because only one patient could come in at a time so she couldn't over book her day. The last time I was there the doctor herself was extremely rude to me. Because my family uses an ADP card to pay for our co-pays and their billing system is old, they have to send the bill to the billing depart... read more
