Used to love her now I can’t wait to switch! As far as I can tell she couldn’t care less about me! Doesn’t send my meds in and if she does they are the wrong ones. NEVER responds back to me! Ever since she went to physicians regional it’s an even worse nightmare.
If you are looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and like being able to talk to a nice person when you call your doctor you will be very happy with Dr. Tineo and her office staff! Dr. Tineo was the 1st doctor to take the time to really listen to my symptoms and ultimately determine my diagnosis. After being misdiagnosed for 20+ years. Priscilla who answers the phone (and more) is always kind and helpful. I am blessed to find her as my doctor.

Dr. Tineo , is kind and very professional. If you find that you are waiting to be seen for a long time its because she is thorough and pays attention to what you are saying. Her nurse and receptionist are also welcoming . Doctor does care. I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone.
Lonnnnnnnnnnnng wait for a 10minute check up. Staff couldn't have cared less, Doctor doesn't care.
Dr. Tineo is so thorough and kind compassionate and understanding. So happy I have chosen her.
