What a great facility this is!!! The staff are all very caring and patient. The social workers here are all very helpful, offering help whenever needed. The doctors, psychiatrists, and therapists are amazing, providing status updates of my dad's wellbeing from time to time. My family is extremely grateful. My dad is in good hands here. While I am writing this, I hear the staff showing the dementia patients how to play Bingo 🤣😂🥰, and next week they will be taking my dementia dad and others on a bus tour outside the facilit... read more

Arrived at 10:15 am Sunday to visit my wife. The place was locked up tighter than a drum - nobody at front desk, door would not open, the push button box on the left with instructions didn't work/ After a 35 minute plus drive to Parkview, the only thing I could do was to make the 35 minute plus drive back to Steveston. A very frustrating start of the day for someone recuperating from Depression. It would be most helpful if the hours of operation or visiting hours was posted on the premises and added to your website.
