I have called for a week straight. No one answers when I call. No machine to leave a msg and this is the 8th time I called and no one is there of course. I did fill out a request for an estimate, TWICE. Still no one returned my call. Extremely frustrating and ridiculaous!!!!
All I will say is that our place was super clean after Kacee, Desiree and Taylor came by! They were on time, unlike some other services here like Maid in Amarillo that don't show up period and then start prying into your business about why you can't accommodate them coming by 3-4 hours later than the original appointment time. Very professional business - consistently followed up and adhered to extreme details. Would recommend to any one who had a need for a recent construction or routine house cleaning.
Do not recommend! Had the 52 point cleaning done. Which included walls, baseboards, inside windows. Was told every surface in my house would be cleaned. When I got home, I was so disappointed! It did not smell clean and after inspecting my home, alot was missed. Windows not done, half of ceiling fans, obvious dusting, and even the soap dish not cleaned. We went from smelling dust to smelling clean air. The cleaning team got right to work and asked questions when needed. Extremely satified!!
