Sorry to loose this company after 3 years of cleaning my home. The teams were always nice and worked hard but the company went downhill fast due to poor management. No show, no call, no communication. Phone was disconnected, obviously out of business. It was a Terrible way to run a business. Got a great new service now and we couldn’t be happier.
The ladies were always pleasant and did a great job. As far as the business they are lacking to say the least. They do not return calls, i have left multiple messages and crickets. Today was the last straw. No call no show = no more business from me
staff members very unprofessional!!!!!! Staff trainer smokes with trainers in car while going too each house.. and lies about smoking in car.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! IF YOU THINK OF WORKING OR APPLYING HERE THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING IT !!!!!!
After an egregious overcharge with a time discrepancy, I requested all future recurrent cleaning be discontinued. After numerous calls and emails and being told it would be taken care of, they've stopped responding. I haven't been able to contact anyone in over a week, I'm still getting notifications of recurrent cleanings, and have not been refunded the $180 difference.
This is an affordable, efficient company that does a great cleaning job at our home. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Wish I had called them sooner!
