Today's cleaning team, led by Patrese did a 5+ star job.
Completely unreliable. When they decide to show up, they generally do a fine job. But they have not shown up on the scheduled date since September 2024. We are scheduled to have the house cleaned every 4 weeks, but this has only happened 3 times in the past 13 months. After canceling their scheduled clean before Easter, they came 7 weeks after the last cleaning and only cleaned half of the house.
