I cannot speak to the quality of the service but there has been poor communication from YGM in Durham and they have left us scrambling to find a cleaning service for our tenant. I began reaching out to them in early December '25 with calls, and emails and heard nothing back and eventually stopped by the office and spoke with Alice.
