Horrible first time experience. I showed the picture how I wanted. it was simple no design besides Ombre effect with chrome and they can’t even get it right. I bet they charge me extra to do ombre yet I didn’t get the service for it. Horrible experience, would never go back there ever. there are other nail salons that would deliver the service for a decent price. I will never go back here again. Got a set of gel x nails, on the first day one broke, the second day another broke, third day another broke, fourth day gel polish started peeling, finally on my day off I went to get them fixed, told them I had just gotten them done less than a week ago and told them what happened, well guess what? I love this fancy place! I always love coming here! From the moment you drive up it’s really pretty. I like how they have a reward system, I love how organized they are, everything is digital so you’re able to check in with the iPad at the front. Great work, lots of packages to choose from including a great birthday deal! I love how I can get a warm pack around my neck for total relaxation! Definitely give this place a try!
