What a waste of a day! I drove an hour one way for an 1130 appointment. Upon arrival 10 mins before my appt time, I park and enter the establishment, which is shared space with other businesses. I spoke with a receptionist of one of the other companies to make sure where I'd parked was ok. I told her I was there for Youthful You. She proceeded to direct me to text the number on the sign but was unsure if she (Melanie) was in today because two previous clients had come today for appointments and had been unable to reach her. ... read more
