LaVona is wonderful! I saw her for Botox and felt so comfortable right away. She is knowledgeable, sweet, and explains everything so clearly without ever suggesting anything unnecessary. She is warm, welcoming, and very professional. I’m so happy I found her in Eugene!
I cannot recommend LaVona enough! I went to her for lip filler and wanting chin filler to achieve a more balanced look, and the results are perfect. I met LaVona today, for my first appointment. She asked detailed questions about my prior botox journey and without asking me how many units I usually got, she assessed my face. LaVona was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything and only suggested what was necessary but still respected my wants as a client. The honesty is refreshing, the space was clean and welcoming, and pricing was great and transparent. As a first time patient I was extremely nervous and she explained everything in a way that helped calm my nerves. Her knowledge of the body is extensive and reflects in her work.
