I was a loyal member with a membership for years. Once I canceled, because of active duty orders-I was treated unprofessionally. Due to a perfect storm, I was unable to spend the remainder of my bank- which I was willing to do. Unfortunately instead of treating me with empathy of the situation (which they knew about) they just repeatedly sent me the contract and stated the money is nonrefudable.
