I too had a horrible experience at youthful light. I started my laser hair removal in july 2013 and over 6 treatments I saw no difference. Jerry assured me it tAkes time but I did not see any change. $1200 later I looked exactly as I started. I asked for some what of a refund and he declined. Waste of money!!
