I was so lucky to find a med spa upon moving to Grapevine that took such care of me. Skye was very knowledgeable and personable with me at my dysport appointment before my upcoming wedding. Nicole also provided excellent customer service upon checking me in and getting me set up with a nurse practitioner. Thank you, thank you Infusion Med Spa!!

I love this spa! The staff was so helpful, sweet and relatable. She listened to what I wanted and made my experience enjoyable.
The team is amazing, sweet, and quick to get you in and out (when you need). Facials are a little slower paced as they should be. 5 stars all day.
I can’t say enough good things about Youthful Med Spa! From the moment you walk in the door, you’re treated like a close friend. Everyone is so friendly. Establishment is very clean. I always leave feeling so much better about my appearance and mental health is also greatly improved! Sky, Natalie and Nicole are all amazing!!
