Betsy (RN) and Maribel (Spa manager) are AMAZING! Not only were they welcoming, accommodating and so pleasant, they addressed my concerns and Betsy was able to create a custom treatment plan for me. I loved her technique as well as how she explained everything in an eloquent and simplistic manner. I will definitely be back as I am very happy with my results and their quality customer service

It was my first time coming To this establishment, Oxnard store. I had appointment to do Botax my forehead & wrinkles around my eyes. when I arrived the front desk ( about a 45 years old lady ) she introduced me to a young lady nurse. . I asked her can I see the bottle of Botax that you want to inject me . she said it is open.
