RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE. I am leaving this review to others who want to go book an appointment to this facility. Do yourself a favor don't. I booked over the phone Botox injections and even prepaid for them, once I was there, the nurse, not sure if she was even a RN, tried to pull a bait and switch on me. She tried to inject me with Xeomin instead of Botox, This is illegal. The patient should have a choice whether or not they want that as a injection. The nurse tried to play it ... read more
