Went here as a kid back in 2015-2016 year. This place was traumatizing as a 12 year old kid who didn’t know where I was going or nor what was going on. This place didn’t help me nor my family at all. I remember my first day the put me in a room and told me to take my clothes off. There was specifically one staff member who was very nice and friendly last name door. I was in CY3 and they saved me. I was lost and honestly I needed to be grounded. They taught me life skills I still use today! Honestly most of the kids who say they get abused or neglected by staff are pathological liers, the staff are not ut caring, they go out their way to bend their backs and try to give all of our selfish kids a childhood. I went there 5 year ago, and have both love and hate for it and people who worked there, I remember not liking the food, having to put ponchos on and walk in the rain to the cafeteria, some kids got to stay behind and the other group had to bring the food back to them, no electronics could only have two personal books in your room at a time, you messed up they put you in a padded room called the “quiet room” and if you continue or show any aggression Moc (manager on campus) would come flying in vans and running up stairs to ... read more
