I used the Youth Rec Center for catered lunch and meeting for Rotary. There were tables and chairs, plus one restroom, that suited our needs. There was no Wi-Fi, but we didn't need it for an hour meeting. This would work well for groups up to 25 people, who do not need a fridge or sink. There are two televisions, but I didn't check if it was possible to connect a laptop for a presentation.
