The Youth Orchestra has provided me with great musical and community involving activities. The two orchestras and the many smaller ensembles have provided deeper insight into music and what it means to play with both friends and complete strangers. It is my last year of the currently running 6.5 year track with YOGC. I will hold the memories, friends, and knowledge associated with this organization and its noble cause for the rest of my life.
YOGC is a great organization and invests in the students of the local area. They work hard to ensure that the music learned is of many eras and difficulty. My son has been a member since his 6th grade year and now he's in the 12th grade. This organization has played an important role in his continuing education and possible career paths. I suggest that you get your young musician in this great organization.
