The receptionist ladies are pretty good and usually a big help with scheduling appointments! 10/10 BUT The doctor Katrina Johnson is like the 3rd or 4th doctor they've had in a year,And She is RUDE! Talks at you, instead or talking with you... Katrina Also Will tell you whats best for you without even listening to your Complaints or Worries...I spoke with higher up Guy and expressed how i felt. When I was going there, I had a great therapist. I was happy with the result of my therapy, for that period of time. Then,I lost my Medicaid for almost a year, And I was unable to see my therapist because of that, even during a crisis. Around a year later, I called in MAY of 2025. I wanted to see if they could get me back with my old therapist, who happened to still work there. It is the middle of July, And I still have not heard anything at all. Dr. Johnson and staff are great! We live in Vero so sometimes it’s a challenge, but Sharon, Lori and Tamika are always so accommodating and helpful. Dr. Johnson is caring and thorough.
