I met Troy in a Hampton VA courtroom in 1972. A 3 time felon at the age of 18. He saved my life. He was the first person i met who walked the walk. You could feel love radiating from him. I am 70 now and have tried every day , as Troy did, to pay it forward. He never asked for anything in return. I know he sits with his Lord and Savior.
