Youssi Real Estate & Development Inc. and our various subsidiaries have been satisfying our customers for over 30+ years. We have been build-ing/developing condominiums, townhomes, and single family residences since 2003 in Boone, DeKalb, and Winnebago Counties of Illinois. Our company has built over 500 condos and specialize in higher-end custom single family homes as well. We are very excited to bring our product to our first Iowa project in Bettendorf.

I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We rented in a townhome for a year and we couldn’t get out fast enough. In the winter there were legit drafts coming through the front door, when we moved in, we were promised to have a freshly and professionally cleaned apartment… that was far from the truth, there was dog hair and cat hair in the carpets, which we had to vacuum up since we had to move in and they told us that it never got scheduled to be cleaned but would take the “cleaning fee” off of one months rent, there are bu... read more

Great quality build, super helpful and communicative through the entire process.
We are going on three years and youssi custom homes still has not fixed our warranty items. They do not care about our safety once they get their money. We love our condo, the neighbors and the neighborhood, this is the only reason why we stay here. We have had several correspondences with their service department only to be lied to, hear excuses or just ignored. We have light switches that go to nothing, a leaky dishwasher, a leak in the laundry room when it rains or snows, bedroom smoke detectors that do not work, flooring... read more
