A shame to write this review as I received some of the best haircuts ever here in 2024 and would have rated it 5 star then. Back then it was a male/female mix of staff now almost all male. The kiwi guys are just not doing customer service right. The time before today's cut, the guy said "I'm going on break" in the middle of the haircut! I waited 5 minutes awkwardly till another male employee came over apologising and finished the cut.
