Was referred here from primary care and they couldn’t get me in for 3 months. Then a week out from my appt they call me and cancel it because they didn’t note than I’ll be a new patient. Then they want to reschedule me another 3 months out. I don’t understand why I couldn’t still keep my appt and they just click a button that I’m a new patient. They must not care about their patients at all

Excellent 1st visit via video. He listened to my symptoms and concerns and went above and beyond to order test and bloodwork to help figure out what is going on. His staff was extremely helpful and efficient. His nurse was. Ery helpful and understanding
