I usually hate going to the Dr office, however DR. Yousif EL-Gammal and his staff made me feel very welcomed and treated me with respect and addressed all my issues and concerns.
I didn't care for the phone call telling me that there was a scheduling conflict 4 hrs before my appointment on the of. I rushed to her there 40 minutes early & then waited 20 minutes to be seen by the 1st of 3 people. By the time I leave i was in the office almost an hour for a simple shot, no X-Rays or anything time consuming. Otherwise my experience was ok
Everyone is extremely welcoming
Office staff friendly. Dr. El-Gammal very nice and listens. Explains things very well and makes sure you understand what he has told you. Been to the offices 3 times with no issues. Would recommend this doctor.
