They were beyond amazing here! Helped right away & they were quick they also don't try to beat you in the head with pricing & are super nice.& fair , I just got a sentimental chain fixed there today for my clasp & I will never go to Kay's again I will continue my jewlery needs now with Yousef Jewelry & also referr them cause just wow today meant alot to me & I appreciated it !
The lady in the store tested archine and said it was fake and we got it tested by another jeweler. And it came back that the chain was real. 18k
I am so very picky and particular when it comes to jewelry. I don't mind spending money because I have so few statement pieces and wear the same few items over and over. I was heartbroken when I no longer could wear a necklace my husband bought me 20 years ago. I found a pendant that was similar but the chain was awful. I went with my husband to the mall and met Yousef. I explained how difficult I am and he took on the challenge.
