I saw Dr. Yousef for 15 years. The last 1 and a half years I had phone sessions with him. Everything was fine while I had health insurance. I am from NY so I saw him in person. When I moved to Florida we did phone sessions. My health insurance in FL. doesn't cover out-of -state Doctors. I started paying him $90.00 out of pocket. This was okay initially.
