Negligence or Incompetence or both? I bought my kids phone to this establishment ove a year ago for an issue with the screen acting weird. They told me that the screen had to be replaced so I paid them $200 for a new screen. Low and behold the issue returned a week later and was resolved by resetting the phone. Come to find out the phone didn't need the screen replaced. This went on for around 4 times with resetting the phone to resolve the issue.
