A nice large facilty that includes a lot of exercise areas.
A large and well taken care of gym. Affordable and so many amenities: ample equipment, studio rooms, cross fit room, sauna and free towels. Nice attention to cleaning as well. Highly recommend in Clayton.
Solid 24 hour gym. Heavy dumbells, plenty of room to do compound movements, good machine selection and lots of cardio stuff
