I came in to change some account information and was greeted by the kindest leasing specialist, Mandi D., who not only made the changes in no time at all (professional and knowledgeable) but made me feel like I was important to her and the business. She did the job and went the extra mile to put a smile on my face. Highly recommend YourSpace Storage in Bel Air because they have wonderful people to help you.
Mandi was super helpful and easy to work with. I was in a crisis situation with a semi waiting to deliver my stuff. Since the driver wasn't able to access the premises - not enough room to maneuver - we were trying to find a different solution so that he could get on his way. Mandi helped me quickly rent a box truck to transfer my belongings to, and then, when the semi driver insisted that was not an acceptable solution, she canceled the rental without missing a beat.
