Extremely rude service. Almost shockingly rude. In her defense, she was by herself, which she told us repeatedly as we waited patiently before leaving without fulfilling the reservation we had. We reserved 2 sets of furniture pads and had a confirmation. She said she can’t sell us what she doesn’t have, regardless of a reservation. This service was a reminder of why I prefer to work with automated processes… AI agents and kiosks don’t have rude attitudes. 🤷🏽♀️ But they need to get it together and not make reservations for... read more
