I got a couple pedicures here a couple years back and one of the times my skin was nipped too hard and I bled. Not sure what they put on it to stop the bleeding but I didn’t think anything of it. That was until I noticed the last time that my one nail had stopped growing. Went to see a podiatrist and sure enough I had an infection in my toe. I almost had to lose the entire nail. Luckily about a year later I finally had it back to almost full length but it still isn’t the same as it was. Do not recommend.

I spoke to the technician about the shape I was looking for (almond) and received rounded - at no point during shaping did she stop to let me check or ask if I was happy with the shape. When removing my old gel polish, she didn't use acetone to help dissolve or soften the previous polish. Instead she just used the nail drill which was painful. It hurt multiple times and burned through my natural nail. And my old polish is STILL on some of the nails which shows through in the sheer polish I'd selected for my new manicure. Ove... read more
