They took our deposit then went out of business. We have no videographer now for our wedding. Absolutely devastated. Have no idea how to contact them, they've deleted all traces of their business.
YoursTruly Media was a disaster to work with. From our engagement shoot being 1 month before our wedding to even after we received our photos and videos back. The editing was absolutely terrible. I had several emails back and forth with Mindy asking for new edits. Our day of photographers were very attentive, professional, kind, and helpful. We had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Yours Truly Media. The initial edit of our wedding video was shockingly poor and did not reflect our wedding day or the vision we clearly communicated from the start. Large portions of the video focused on moments we explicitly said we did not want emphasized, while meaningful moments were missing or mishandled. The edit felt careless and rushed. Yours Truly Media is not a company of integrity. In fact this is now my second review due to them deleting my first one. I am leaving a review on behalf of my brother and sister in law who used yours truly media for their wedding and have still not recieved their photos. The team has been awful to work with and unresponsive, all they want are their photos promised in the contract but the team is unwilling to cooperate with them. Do not recommend.
A year has passed since I posted my review and they haven’t paid my husband yet. He filmed weddings in 2023, this is unacceptable. YTM Do what is right and PAY! My husband filmed several weddings for them, and it has been nearly a year without payment. We have reached out multiple times, only to be told to keep waiting.
