I live out of town and I had used Your Truly in the past for gravesite flowers on Memorial Day and Christmas. Donna and Aimee were exceptionally skilled and so helpful. They made beautiful saddle and side vases and delivered them to the gravesite. They then always sent me pictures. Absolutely the best customer service and beautiful floral arrangements. Received an arrangement today which I accepted at my door. The roses were brown on the edges and the Lilly’s were shedding. Returned it and they first asked if it had been sitting on the porch. They agreed to remake it and as they were inserting new flowers the petals were falling off. New arrangement had petals falling on the counter within 2 hours. My out of town relatives got taken to say the least. We’re a little rude through the process.

First of all, this shop is under new ownership, and the 5 star reviews that were posted up until 6 months ago can all be attributed to the previous owner. The location has unfortunately really gone downhill. We always went to Yours Truly (the previous name) in the past, and this was my first time buying flowers since they sold, so I thought I'd give it a try and bought my wife Valentine's flowers.
