With this being my 3rd dress shop I was quite honestly dreading it as it just didn’t seem anyone had anything I was after, and I felt like I was being put in the same dresses every time, but yours truly made me feel so at ease and I actually felt heard for the first time! They listened to all my concerns and my non negotiables of my dream dress and wow did they deliver!!! The knowledge those ladies have is unmatched and the experience was amazing and I actually bought my dream dress! I can’t thank them enough!
I wish I could give more stars, I really do! I started my wedding journey not caring much over "the dress," and very nearly just bought one I liked the look of online - boy, am I glad I didn't! After meeting Lesley at the Kent Wedding Show, I booked into Yours Truly to try some wedding gowns on - Lesley is a master of her craft, and needn't pick out tons of dresses for me to try on (other bridal shops can sometimes throw all dresses they stock at you!). I don’t even know where to start…. I called these ladies after having a very negative time dress shopping (I’d tried on x75 wedding dresses and was at my limit!) and ended up breaking down in tears on the phone. I was met with nothing but reassurance, support, professionalism and kindness.
