Waited all day for the mechanic with my phone in hand and never received a single call, text, or voicemail. When I contacted customer service, I was told the mechanic had attempted to call and text me but couldn't reach me, which is simply not true. What makes this even more frustrating is that about five minutes after I finished speaking with customer service, I suddenly received two text messages saying the mechanic was on his way and another saying he had arrived. Despite providing the model, year, and vehicle details earlier for the "diagnostic" appointment, they told me after the visit that they couldn't service that specific year or model, even though I had already sent the information beforehand. The visit felt pointless; they just repeated what I already knew about my fuel pump. It seemed like they tricked me into coming in and charging me, instead of letting me know upfront that they don't work on certain models or years.
Booked the service and tech never showed up. When I reached out to the company, they stated “due to unforeseen circumstances, the tech had to cancel” so when I asked about rescheduling for a different day, time and/or tech, they stated that they don’t actually have any techs that work in this area. So…they lied about him cancelling orrrrr? Now, I have to wait for them to return my funds ($150) and I’m concerned that this may have just been a scam to collect my card information. Do not use this company.
On May 2nd I had upper control arms installed on my vehicle a mechanic named Jeffrey was sent to do the job but didn't do the job correctly. After he was done my car was making a funny noise that wasn't there before. I gave it to him after I told him about the noise he took the car and said that he forgot to put a bolt inside of the sway bar He said he knew exactly what the problem was.
