Great company with well established work ethic! They are very responsive, solving the issues we’ve had in our flat in a matter of hours. All certificates (gas and electricity) are renewed regularly. Easily accessible to contact. Prices are fair. They provide cleaning services as well. Could not reccommend it more.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Found them on spareroom and rented a room. I came home and someone had been in my room and someone y room which led me to find out that all of our keys work for all rooms. When contacting them they said there is no emergency contact, the phone numbers don’t go through and they don’t have an office. The agent “david” said to send an email and give your notice to leave at the end of your tenancy period.
