Joshua, Shelton and Caleb arrived at our home in Overgaard early on Thursday morning and set to work immediately removing our old floor. All 3 were continuously busy until my husband served them pizza. Happily they chowed down, but quickly returned to their labors. All 3 worked together well, pleasantly, and professionally. Your Welcome Flooring was referred to us by a relative who was very pleased with the work done on his home. We too are very pleased and highly recommend this knowledgeable team. Thanks, guys.
Josh and his crew are horrible! I thought he was legit based on his Google reviews. He was enthusiastic at first. He's a total flake. Pro tip, once Josh is working your job, and doesn't answer your phone calls, use another number, he'll answer immediately, thinking your the next sucker. And he's not licensed or insured.

I recommend You're Welcme Flooring for their professionalism, communication and work quality. Josh was able to complete a tricky install with complex product in only two days. In that time he was very profession, communication was outstanding and the finished install was outstanding. Five stars because six stars isn't an option.
