We were on a time crunch and Josh came out right away and installed a beautiful floor. Amazing customer service and did what he said he would. Will be using him on any future projects. 10/10 all day.
Joshua was absolutely outstanding to work with! He's enthusiastic, knowledgeable on both product and installation, efficient, and hard working. He is courteous and professional. His crew of Shelton and Caleb were great too! We are so thrilled with our floor. Their workmanship is fantastic. They are very detail oriented. We would recommend Josh and his crew to anyone, including our kids who plan to work with You're Welcome in the valley. Josh embodies the aloha spirit and passes it on to all those he works with!
Lack of professionalism and poor communication. They set up a time to come by for an estimate, but when that time came and went, I had to reach out to them to see if they were still coming. Only after I followed up did they finally respond and show up—over an hour late. They measured everything and told me it would be over a month before they could start. Joshua is great to work with and took time to meet me and my wife at the tile store to ensure we had everything we needed to install our dream showers! We highly recommend Joshua’s and David’s workmanship!
Had some work done on our cracked tiles and grouting. Josh and Justin did a great job with all repairs! Would highly recommend both!
