YB 360 Studios offers a variety of mind-body fitness classes for all your body’s needs. As Yoga inspired fitness studios, our Certified International Yoga Teachers and Fitness Trainers help students develop strength, mobility, flexibility and balance through fun, dynamic classes. We take a modern, health and wellness-based approach to create calisthenic workouts incorporating props from all around the world.

Great experience!! Our instructor was extremely knowledgeable, patient and made it a warm and inviting environment to be in. She would explain each move and what each breath meant/did. I would definitely recommend the sculpt class (or any other) while in LBI!
I finally tried a class yesterday and omg it was amazing! Alessandra is an amazing teacher and did such a great job! The space was welcoming and clean! My favorite part of the class was the stretch work along with the breathing exercises! I will definitely be coming back for more classes!

AME FITNESS is the best! There is something for everybody and it is a fun environment to be in!
My daughter and I love this studio! The instructors exude kindness and compassion, and practices are suitable for all levels! The owner Alessandra is the best! My daughter just loves her! One of her favorite classes is the aerial yoga class. If she could she would take a class with Alessandra every day! It’s like her new home away from home. My daughter is so excited to take aerial camp this summer! Taking their classes is a must! Great atmosphere
