I was having trouble starting my Traverse. I was pretty sure it was the starter as my battery was fairly new. I found WrenchTech via Google, sent an estimate request on a Saturday and they got back to me within the hour. They charge $120 to estimate, but if they fix it, that goes towards the repair. Ivan came the same day, it was the starter, and he fixed it. He did excellent work, and I am very happy. I will be calling him to do my brakes next. Highly recommend!
Ivan was very knowledgeable and professional. We hired him for a pre-purchase inspection, and he arrived at the dealership before us and waited patiently. He examined everything thoroughly, test-drove the car, gave us an honest opinion, and even provided the car’s value based on his research. I would definitely use his services again.
He is the most honest mechanic I have dealt with. He went above and beyond and taught me some things about my car as well. Very respectful guy. I am recommending him to everyone I know and I dont go out of my way to do that. He has great prices and quality work!
Ivan was beyond attentive and helpful. He came to my home ASAP, he explained the pricing thoroughly, and was very transparent and took me through the process of what was wrong with my car and how to move forward (i had issues with my coils and sparkplugs).
