Ivan was beyond attentive and helpful. He came to my home ASAP, he explained the pricing thoroughly, and was very transparent and took me through the process of what was wrong with my car and how to move forward (i had issues with my coils and sparkplugs). He even took the time to teach me important things to keep an eye on within my engine (which werent part of my cars mechanical issue, he was just being a good person and giving me insight!). Ivan was very knowledgeable and professional. We hired him for a pre-purchase inspection, and he arrived at the dealership before us and waited patiently. He examined everything thoroughly, test-drove the car, gave us an honest opinion, and even provided the car’s value based on his research. I would definitely use his services again.

Ivan was awesome. Very professional estimation and invoicing process, super fair price for service, and he was working through back pain and the labor ended up being double what he thought it would be, but he didn’t up charge me. He told me what I needed fixed the most and what I could do to temporarily manage my other problems until I could afford to fix everything. Will most definitely be requesting Ivan in a week when I need my radiator squared away.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Ivan. He's professional, he's reliable, and he's fast! From my very first phone call three years ago, he has always been incredibly helpful. Ivan explains everything clearly. He informs every step of the way, and I really appreciate that. Ivan arrived exactly when he said he would. Ivan is excellent and I highly recommend him for a pre-car buying inspection. He saved me from making a huge mistake with a long distance car purchase. I was about to buy my daughter’s “dream car” but decided to find a mechanic (Ivan) to check it out before signing the papers and having it shipped up north. It looked absolutely wonderful in all of the pictures and videos from the dealer, but Ivan’s inspection showed major cracks and broken elements that were not disclosed.
