Ordered wine racks that never came. Tracking said it was delivered but it never was delivered. Customer service was non responsive. Crickets.
I recently ordered a wine rack from Your Wine Racks and Cooling and was pleased with how simple it was to put together. Unfortunately, my dog ate the pieces I needed to assemble it. However, someone from the company went above and beyond to help me find the missing pieces. After two days, he was able to locate everything I needed. The Living Series is customizable and offers great value. Highly recommend!
