I contacted Your Window to the World to get a quote on insulated shades. I had read about them online and wanted more information. I left a message on their website and Melanie got back to me in less than 24 hours. She answered all my questions and arranged for a in-home meeting so I could see them in person. I was very impressed with the product and the insulating properties of the shades. Our shades arrived in about two weeks. They are beautiful and coordinated with our house. I highly recommend Your Window to the World.
Melanie was very helpful and professional. She even tried to talk me out of new vertical blinds as our old ones were ok. After telling her I wanted new she was great with offering different solutions to me, took time to explain different options, and priced them all in the first visit. Her measurements were accurate and my new vertical blinds are awesome. I will definitely share my experience with friends. Thanks again , Melanie!!
I’m so pleased with my new shades on my bow window! I didn’t want to clutter up the window area with drapes but I needed privacy at night. Melanie helped me choose shades that will also save energy. She did a perfect job on the measurement so that when Ken arrived, he did a perfect installation.
