TALK ABOUT EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Melanie sold and installed our window treatments in April of 2022. The curtains and shades have operated without issue since. Recently we managed to pull a drawstring too hard and the drawstring disconnected. We telephoned Melanie and learned she happened to be five minutes away from us. She stopped by and corrected the issue in a few minutes.
Wonderful, creative window treatment suggestions. Very knowledgeable + informative about all the options. The quality of the window treatment materials is exceptional + the personalities of the installer + owner is delightful. Melanie was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the various Hunter blind options are excellent. When ever I texted or called, her response was immediate. The blinds came in fast and was installed with no problem. I love the blinds and is very happy with the results. I will recommend Melanie to my friends. Thank you Melanie for a positive experience.
Melanie was great to work with, took her time and was full of ideas….the valance was manufactured to our brainstorming consultation and her drawing. (Her sidekick Ken who did installation was also great, thanks for also hanging some pictures for me!!!!). I will use her in the future, kudos for great job.
