I've been seeing Emily for several months for massage therapy and also utilitizing the infrared sauna and redlight therapy after my service. I had gone to the salt room last week and I can’t wait to come back. Along with how amazing the salt room helped my breathing for asthma - Emily was very knowledgeable in other questions I had and so kind to give me advice on so many health things. I will definitely be coming back!
My experience at Your Wellness Matters was amazing! The owner was so kind and very knowledgeable. We had a really nice time checking out the salt room and will absolutely be back. As someone who deals with chronic health issues, salt therapy and other services offered at Your Wellness Matters are important to me and I’m so grateful to find a place like this so close by.
A very clean, neat and comfortable setting for whatever services you use. The salt room is exceptionally calm and conducive to a relaxing session. Emily is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I only went cuz my buddy convinced me to try it and I can't lie but the salt/sauna combo was lit. 10/10 would do again. Nothing like a good schvitz if ya ask me. W staff btw.
