It wasn't for me but Janelle made my family very happy with the service, selection and care that was taken. My family was so happy.
Very unfriendly, unprofessional and rude staff/management. After saying 'yes' to my dress at another boutique, I canceled my VIP appointment with them. The staff was unprofessional and rude about it, despite still keeping our deposit. I went to the store to pick up my flower bouquet and robe (which we had pre-paid for as part of the VIP booking), the staff was aggressive and unfriendly. Wedding dress shopping can be an overwhelming experience but I had the BEST experience at Your Wedding Place thanks to Gabi, Janelle, and Brittany! From my very first appointment, they made me feel so comfortable, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and gave the perfect suggestions.
